Application, Income & Move-In
Applications are completed online, and the application fee is $25 per adult. Screening includes credit, income verification, rental history verification, and criminal background screening.
Section 8, third-party payees, and all lawful sources of income are accepted. Applications are evaluated based on the applicant’s portion of rent.
Before keys are released, the lease must be signed, the security deposit must be paid, move-in charges must be paid in full, and electricity must be set up with City of Elkhorn Utilities .
Rent is due on the 1st. A $50 on-time payment concession is applied monthly. If rent is paid after the 1st, the concession is removed and full rent becomes due.Equal Housing Opportunity
