Application, Income & Move-In
Applications are completed online, and the application fee is $25 per adult. Screening includes credit check, income verification, rental history, and background screening.
Section 8 accepted. All lawful sources of income are accepted. Qualification is based on the tenant portion of rent only.
Before keys are released, the lease must be signed, the security deposit must be paid, move-in charges paid in full, and electricity must be active with City of Elkhorn Utilities.
Landlord agrees to grant Tenant a concession in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for any month in which the full Rent is received by Landlord on or before the first (1st) calendar day of that month and the Tenant’s account is current. If payment is received after the first (1st) day of the month, or if any portion of the Rent or other charges remain unpaid, the concession for that month shall be forfeited and the full monthly Rent shall be immediately due and payable.
