Applications are completed online, and the application fee is $25 per adult. Screening includes credit check, income verification, rental history, and background screening.

Before keys are released, the lease must be signed, the security deposit must be paid, move-in charges paid in full, and electricity must be active with MGE.
Rent is due on the 1st. A $50 on-time payment concession is applied monthly. If rent is paid after the 1st, the concession is removed and full rent becomes due.
